JANUARY 22, 2016: All after school activities cancelled due to weather

JANUARY 22-23, 2016:  Due to the threat of winter weather, Florence City Schools will be dismissing students early today.  All after school activities and events, including today’s basketball games against Austin, have been cancelled.  All activities for Saturday, January 23 have been cancelled as well. Information about a makeup dates will be announced when it is determined.

Overstreet, Tama, Springer, Nance sign scholarships

Four more Florence Seniors signed scholarships last week.  Ansu Overstreet signed with Talladega College and will play soccer.  Milton Tama signed with Berry College and will play soccer.  Ashley Springer signed with UAB and will participate in cheer.  A.J. Nance signed with Faulkner University and will play football.  Congratulations to these four seniors and their families!
