Florence Defeats Gardendale 49-14

GARDENDALE, AL- Florence started fast and finished strong to advance past Gardendale 49-14 in Friday’s quarterfinal match up. Blake Hawkins completed 15 of 22 passes for 226 yards and four touchdowns (17, 14, 40 and 33 yards) in a 43-21 win over Shades Valley. He also ran for 45 yards and a 1-yard score.  Vote here for Tennessee Valley player of the week.

Florence Eliminates Shades Valley, 43-21

FLORENCE, AL- Florence avenged one of its two losses on the season with a dominating 43-21 performance against Shades Valley. Cross Country teams complete season in AHSAA State Meet

OAKVILLE, AL- The Florence Falcons Cross Country team ran in the AHSAA State Meet in Oakville, Alabama.  The boy’s team finished ninth overall in Class 6A and the girl’s team finished thirteenth.
